Mr David Janicek is an NHS Consultant Ophthalmologist based at Singleton Hospital in Swansea. In addition to performing general ophthalmology services, Mr Janicek specialises in cataract removal.

After graduating from medical school in Olomuc, Czech Republic, in 1998, he continued his work there until he moved to Swansea in 2005. He was appointed as a consultant in November 2011.
